Buzzer is not mounted properly
After disassembled F/R housing, We check
the buzzer to see if it is in right position or
deformation.

f take actions as above but still cannot improve defect. It may be caused by PCB, this
handset should be transfer to higher service level

RTC battery voltage not enough
Use volt meter to measure RTC batter. The
voltage is about 2.75V.If RTC battery volt
is not enough, replace it

RTC battery holder bad contact.
Take RTC out

to see if RTC soldered well. If
it deformed ,corrected it.
If take actions as above but still cannot improve defect. It may be caused by PCB, this
handset should be transfer to higher service level

Defect in handfree
The headset might not function well.
Connect a working headset to mobile phone
and verify that the conversation is smooth.
Replace the defective headset with a new or
working one.
If take actions as above but still cannot improve defect. It may be caused by PCB, this
handset should be transfer to higher service level

Disassemble F/R housings

Speaker fixed strip of F/H Speaker in right
position. If it is OK, recover it
