2.When PIN 8 controlled by PON_TX of U301

U30 not working when low voltage ( 0 ~ 0.3
V ) .When high voltage ( 0.9 ~ 2.7 V ) , U30 will depends PIN 4 & 5 feedback signal ( -3 ~
2.7 V ) and U301 RAMP signal

after calculated ,by way of PIN 1 output signal to control
U10 amplify coefficients
