The temperature and the relative humidity at

The sensor transmits a signal to the weather
station once a minute and the transmission
indicator fl ashes.
Plug the adapter in and connect the
connector from the adapter into the
power connector on the weather station.
The weather station comes on, and all the
segments on the LCD display come on for 3
seconds.
The temperature, the relative humidity
and the air pressure at the weather station
are registered. The time and date are
automatically set via a time signal.
The weather station will now connect to
the sensor. This takes about 3 minutes, and
the antenna symbol in the OUT area of the

Receiving a time signal
Once the batteries are inserted, the appliance
tries to receive a time signal for up to 7
minutes, and the radio mast icon fl ashes.
Every night at 01:00/02:00/03:00 the
reception process will be repeated
automatically and the time will be
synchronized if a time signal is received. If
reception fails, the radio mast icon will go off ,
and the weather station will automatically
resume the reception process at the next
hour change. This procedure is repeated up
to 5 times.
If you press and hold the “+” button you
can manually activate reception of the time
signal. If no time signal is received for 7
minutes, the search will stop and the radio
mast icon will go off .
The search will resume at the next hour
change.
Note!
During the search, all the buttons except
the “+” button will be inactive. Press the “+”
button to stop the search so that all the other
buttons work again.
If the radio mast icon fl ashes, this means that
the weather station is receiving a time signal.
If the radio mast icon is lit continuously, this
means that the time signal was received
correctly. If it is goes off , reception failed.
We recommend a minimum distance of 2.5
metres to interference sources such as TV
sets and computer monitors.
Signal reception is inferior in rooms with
concrete walls (e.g. in cellars) and offi ces.
In such areas, place the appliance near to a
window.
