Start at the top connection/latch, installing the clevis pin and washers in the
proper order and orientation as seen in fig 9 (top right). Complete the same process on
the lower latch. There are adjustment holes built into the latch connector that will allow
you to make some minor adjustments. Make sure this assembly is as tight as possible.
Add as many washers as you can while still being able to insert the locking pin into the
clevis pin.
