Maintenance
8.1
Cleaning
Always turn the main switch off before starting any kind of maintenance.
Never clean the machine with water.
The use of water will cause oxidation and electrical problems.
Only qualified employees may clean the machine.
Other persons should keep some distance.
Daily:

Clean the crumb tray, also the in- and outfeed table.

Clean the knives, specially by using some oil to week the bread to remove it more easily
Weekly
-
Remove any crumbs from the top of the cutting frame, which can be accessed when the in-
and outfeedtable have been removed.

Clean the knifeguides, also clean the small slots.
8.2
Periodically maintenance
-
Check the wear and tear of the blades. Each knife can be changed separately
(see paragraph 8.3).

Check the v-belt, which can be accessed when the outfeedtable has been removed.

Check if the plates of the pusherblock are straight and not damaged.
Every plates of the pusherblock can be changed seperately.

If oil lubrication is used check the condition of the felt (see paragraph 9.1).
