TEST DEVICE Section 1, clause 2.1.102: the A totally matte blackened disc

Temperature Section 1, clause 2.10.104: temperature set at the temperature
control (of the RADIANT WARMER as the desired temperature)
Autosequence A series of measurements or test operations that are run
automatically in a predefined order, with or without user
involvement
Device Under Test
(DUT) The device being tested by vPad-RW (the RADIANT WARMER)
Graphical User
Interface A display system for the test instrument (vPad-RW) which relies
on graphics to a large extent to display information. In the case
of vPad-RW, this is an Android Tablet (10") with an Android
type operating system (4.1.1), or equivalent
Infant Radiant
Warmer Section 1, clause 2.2.101: an electrically powered device with a
radiant heating source intended to maintain the thermal balance
of an infant PATIENT by direct radiation of energy in the infra-
red region of the electromagnetic spectrum
Steady Temperature
Condition Section 1, clause 2.10.101: the condition reached when the
temperature, measured at the center of the TEST DEVICE
positioned on the midpoint of the EQUIPMENT mattress, does
not vary by more than 1

C over a period of one hour
Skin Temperature
Sensor Section 1, clause 2.10.101: a sensing device including the link
with the EQUIPMENT intended to measure the infant’s SKIN
TEMPERATURE
