you should replace the controller.
Improper installation of
the actuator
Check whether the motor rotational angle from
empty load to full load is about 2/3 of total angle (75
degrees). Check when the motor output shaft angle
position changes, the engine fuel quantity supply is
proportionally changing. For more information, refer to
actuator manual.
Necessary wiring is not
properly shielded
Electronic noise or carrying AC voltage wires may
not be shielded appropriate.
Engine
runs
unstable
Engine fuel does not
supply as the actuator
requirements
Check whether the actuator which was connected to
engine fuel supply control unit is idling, clamping
stagnation or overload.
The engine cannot run
properly
Manual control of the engine, detect whether the
instability reason is from the engine or the speed controller
or actuator.
Input voltage is too low
Check the power supply voltage.
If abnormality occurs during governor installation, troubleshoot and use, please processes refer to above list. If
Malfunction is still not remove after inspection and processing refer to above list, and confirm that engine system
no Problem, please contact with manufacturing plant. User who is without service qualification does not blindness
overhauling in order to prevent malfunction expand.
