The
controller
dynamically
adjust
fault
Manual control the engine at the rated speed,
counter-clockwise turn the rated speed potentiometer to
minimum. If the output voltage is not 0, then replace the
controller.
A temporary speed
change
occurs
when adjusting gain
potentiometer
Gain adjustment too
fast
Slowly adjust the gain potentiometer.
Low speed cannot
be controlled by
idle potentiometer
Idle set is lower than
the
minimum
fuel
supply position. In this
case,
the
position
output voltage is zero.
Since the minimum
fuel supply restriction
limits, the engine will
be kept to a minimum
fuel supply position.
Reduce the minimum fuel supply position, or raise the
idle setting. If the problem still cannot be solved, then the
controller may be broken
Idle speed
potentiometer broken
If instability occurs during the potentiometer
adjustment, you should replace the idle potentiometer
When turn off rated
speed switch, the
engine speed does
not decrease
Rated speed switch or
wiring damage
Check the voltage of terminal 5 (-) and 2 (+), if the
value is less than 2V, you should replace the switch or the
wire.
Idle setting in the
clockwise maximum.

over-rotation
potentiometer)
Keep terminal 5 open, counter-clockwise turn idle
potentiometer.
Idle / Rated switch

Replace the Idle / Rated switch.
Engine
runs
unstable at rated

Speed setup issues
If the problem comes from the adjustment of the
external speed trim potentiometer, you should use an
ohmmeter to check potentiometer (turn off the power). If
