Connecting the Super Sports 3X to your Games System
Important Operating Information
Please ensure that you have read the section ‘About Different Modes’. If the Super Sports 3X is not set
to the correct mode it will not operate correctly with your gaming system and your gaming system may
report a connection error.
Connect the USB cable located on the rear of the Super Sports 3X racing wheel to your games system.
When connected confirm the correct Mode Indicator light is displayed.
Xbox 360/PS3:
If the correct Mode Indicator Light is displayed, after a few seconds your console will
automatically assign the Super Sports 3X a player number.
PC: If the correct Mode Indicator Light is displayed, Windows will recognise the Super Sports 3X and
automatically install the necessary drivers.
Troubleshooting:
If the Power Indicator Light located in the centre of the Super Sports 3X racing
wheel fails to illuminate. Firstly try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable to ensure a
secure fitting and if this fails try using a different USB connection.

Important Operating Advice
Please refer to ‘Connecting the Super Sports 3X’ section of this user guide for the required connection
steps. Failure to correctly connect the Super Sports 3X will result in the none detection of the wheel
when attempting to use the Super Sports 3X Customizer feature. Assign the default button remapping,
rumble, wheel sensitivity and pedal pressure at any time by selecting the ‘Reset Layout’ button.

Running the Super Sports 3X Customizer
Download the Super Sports 3X Customizer from the support section of Datel’s website www.
codejunkies.com. The Super Sports 3X Customizer does not need to be installed, simply double click
the downloaded ‘SuperSports3X.exe’ file to run it.
