9.3.2.4 RTP Multicast

The RTP Multicast allows you to view camera video on certain video players
such as VLC media player from a remote location.

Follow the steps outlined below to view the camera video on VLC media
player.

Download VLC media player from the link https://www.videolan.org.

Open VLC, click “Media”



“Open Network Stream” then enter

rtp://224.1.2.3:4000 to view the main stream and rtp://224.1.2.3:4002 to
view the sub stream.
