Power on the DNS-2640

1. Verify that all connections are correct.

2. Turn on both circuit breakers on cabinet.

3. Make sure that power-on LED on all DNS-2640 are steady blue.

4. Power on the host lastly.

Please make sure power on all DNS-2640 first before the server
