Attach the power cords to the three power supplies. See Figure 22.

Plug in the three power cords to a power source.A minimum of two active power supplies are
required for reliable operation.
Note
If you are powering up expansion shelves as well, wait a few minutes before powering up
the system

Start the system. Push the power button (the top button) on the right-side control panel on the
front of the system. See Figure 23 for the location.

After the system starts, the power-on LED glows green. See Figure 23 for the location.
