1½ cups milk
1/3 cup unsalted butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp kosher salt
4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp cream of tartar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

In a small pan over low heat, combine milk and butter. Stir until milk is warm
and butter is melted.

Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and
cream of tartar in a large bowl.

Whisk together eggs and vanilla. Slowly pour in the warmed milk and butter.
4.
Pour dry ingredients into the wet in three stages, incorporating all dry
ingredients before adding the next.
5.
Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto your Mini Waffle Maker and cook until golden
brown on both sides.
6.
Remove waffle. Set on a wire rack and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar garnish.
