½ lb ground turkey
1 cup dry farfalle pasta
¾ cup tomato, diced,
canned, or fresh
½ cup yellow onion, diced
2 tsp oregano, leaves only,
chopped
1 tsp thyme, leaves only,
chopped
½ tsp garlic, minced
¼ tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ cup unsalted beef or
chicken broth
1 tbsp basil, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except parsley and basil in Mini Skillet and stir. Cook
on Low-Medium, uncovered, 30-40 minutes until turkey is fully cooked through
and sauce has cooked down. Break up turkey and stir sauce throughout the
cooking cycle to incorporate. Turn off Mini Skillet and add basil and parsley.
