Directions:

In a medium bowl, sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a
separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and butter. Combine the wet
ingredients with the dry and whisk until just incorporated.

Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the heated Mini Maker Griddle, close the
Cover, and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the
remaining batter. Makes 8
pancakes.
