Installation
Remove all packing materials from the WCA Pack. Check that all foam and plastic padding is removed.
Connect all cables.
Always disconnect from electric mains power supply before cleaning or servicing.
Damages caused by non-observance are not subject to warranty.
Set Up and Operation
Power On/Off
1.
Power on: Push the
power (1)
button to turn on the power. The
power indicator (3)
will light green.
2.
Power off: Push and hold the
power (1)
button for 3 seconds to turn off the power.
Note: The power indicator will light green in normal operation. In case of a weak battery, the power
indicator will light red.
Channel select
Push and hold the
channel (6, 15)
button for about 3 seconds. The decimal point in the
display (5, 14)
will
start blinking. Now you are able to change the channel by pushing the
channel (6, 15)
button.
Be aware that when you several WCA Pack systems at the same stage, that the channels should be
separated by at least 4 channels. When using 4 WCA Pack systems, you could use following settings:
Notes:
Make sure, the channel of the transmitter matches that of the receiver.
The display (5, 14) will stop blinking if there is no button pushed for 6 seconds. The actual channel will
be stored. If there is no action for 9 seconds, the display will turn off.
Mounting the transmitter to a camera
Use the
shoe mount adapter (29)
to mount the transmitter to the camera’s flash mount.
