Installation 

Remove all packing materials from the DS-CM-6. Check that all foam and plastic padding is removed. 
Connect all cables. 
 

Always disconnect from electric mains power supply before cleaning or servicing. 
Damages caused by non-observance are not subject to warranty. 
 
 

Functions 
 

 

1. Talkover Swicth 

                                                       

This switch has three modes:

A.

 

-12dB

: With the switch in this position, the input level of channel 1-4 is                                                    

                                                            attenuated by 12dB. Making it easy for you to make an an  
                                                            anouncement using the DJ- microphone.  
                                                        

B. On

: With the switch in this position, the talkover function is deactivated                                                                                      

                                                            and channel 1-4 are not attenuated. 
                                                        

C.

 

Auto Talkover

: In this position the channels 1-4 are automatically                                                                   

                                                             attenuated by 12dB while speaking in the DJ-microphone. 

 

 

 

             2. Talkover Sensitivity Control   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

    Use this control to set the input sensitivity for the auto talkover function. In 

 

 

 

 

    zero position the sensitivity is minimal and the talkover function will not  

 

 

work.   

3 / 5. EQ HIGH / LOW 

 

 

 

 

    The mixer’s Equalizer section allows shaping of the incoming audio signal.

 

 

 

 

    The Mic channel is fitted with a 2-band EQ. The upper

4. MIC 
    

Electronically balanced XLR-type input for connecting low impedance microphone. The input has   

    exremely low noise hum. When connecting a microphone make sure that the pin assignment is  
    correct. Always make sure to read the manual of the microphone you want to connect. The XLR- input
