Maintenance
(1)
To make sure the evaporative air cooler unit cooling efficiency, you should often clean
the cooling pad. The water pressure cannot be high, don’t use hot water over 40
℃
. The
soft brush can be used to clean the dust.
(2)
To avoid the freeze damage or insects, after long time no use. Close the water supply
first and drain over the water in the tank. It is necessary to add a mesh enclosure under the
storm.
Guarantee

As we guaranteed during the warranty period, it’s free to offer spare parts for replace.
The warranty period is 2 years for the cooler unit, 2 years for the shell and the pads.

During the warranty period, any problem caused by the appliance itself, we would be
