25. INSTALLING THE COOKING COMPONENTS
Parts Required:
2 x Upper Cooking Rack (#1)
4 x Cooking Grids (#2)
3 x Heat Tent (#8)
1 x Smoke Adjusting Bar (#13)
Installation:
• First, on the gas barrel side, place the three Heat Tents on the top of
the burners. Place the Cooking Grids, side-by-side, on the grid ledge
inside the Main Grill. Place the Upper Cooking Rack on the upper ledge
inside the Main Grill. The cooking rack will lock into place. Note 25A.
• Next, on the pellet barrel side, place the Cooking Grids, side-by-side,
on the grid ledge inside the Main Grill. Place the Upper Cooking Rack
on the upper ledge inside the Main Grill. The cooking rack will lock into
place. Note 25B.
IMPORTANT: To maintain optimal searing and grilling performance
of your cooking grids, regular care and maintenance is required.
• Lastly, screw the Smoke Adjusting Bar into the hole between the two
barrel chambers, and tighten it. Ensure it can slide from front to back
smoothly. Note 25C.

26. PLACING THE GREASE BUCKET, GREASE TRAY
Parts Required:
1 x Grease Bucket Liner (#14)
1 x Grease Bucket (#15)
1 x Grease Tray (#22)
Installation:
• Unscrew the four screws along the outside of the hopper that secure
the hopper safety screen to the interior, and remove the safety screen
to access the Grease Bucket. Replace the hopper safety screen, and
re-install the four screws to secure. Note 26A.
• Slide the Grease Tray into the bottom of the barrel. Insert the Grease
Bucket Liner into the Grease Bucket, then place the Grease Bucket on
the spout hook on the underside of the grill. Ensure both components
are level to avoid grease spills. Note 26B.
