Using two shelves, cooking time will be about
5 to 10 minutes longer. The shelves must be placed on the 1st and 3rd position.
N.B.: Using two shelves, for a best distribution of the heat, position a baking-pan in aluminum in the lower position
and an enameled baking-pan in the upper position.
