Risk of squeezing!
When the die system closes, there is a risk of getting squeezed
between the die and the workpiece.
• Keep the feed opening for the workpiece as small as possi-
ble.
• Keep a minimum distance of 120 mm (A) to the die system.
1.
Manually position the pre-mounted workpiece in the tool.
2.
Hold the workpiece with one hand during the forming process.
3.
Press and hold the button [
] to close the tool; the forming pro-
cess starts and ends when the pre-set diameter/pressure is
reached.
4.
Press the [
] button upon completion of the forming process to
open the tool.
5.
Remove the workpiece from the tool.
6.
Check the forming dimension after the first forming process.
Correct the forming dimension in case of deviations between the
actual dimension and the specified dimension (see "Setting the
forming dimension" in Section 5).
