Warranty
The product warranty is pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty period starts on the day the product was purchased.
Small defects and minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect use of the
product or decrease the value of the product are not covered by the
warranty. The warranty must be proved by presenting an original
receipt showing the purchase date and product name.
Warranty management
A defective product must be returned to the place of purchase along
with a valid receipt. If the product becomes defective during the
warranty period, the product must be returned to the place of
purchase. Here, warranty-related repairs will be carried outon the
product, if the defect pertains to the product or the production faults.
Defects in the product will be tried rectified by repair or replacement
of parts. In case of exchange of the product, the may occur differ-
ences in hue or model design compared to the purchased product.
Warranty disclaimer
Damage or defects resulting from neglect or improper use of the
product is not covered by the warranty. Damage or defects resulting
from the use of unoriginal replacement parts or unoriginal
enhancements is not covered by warranty. The warranty does not
cover force majeure such as lightning, flood, fire or damage occurred
during transport. The warranty will be void if the product’s serial
number has been changed or if there modifications in any way are
made to the product, or if the product is sought repaired by an
outside third party.
