SETTING UP YOUR CHILL N’ TAP
1. Un-install Work top:
Using a Phillips Screwdriver, remove the
three screws located at the rear (back) side of the Work top.
See Fig's. 1 & 2
Lift the Work top from the rear, titling towards
the front of the cabinet.
Please note:
Do not attempt to completely seperate the work
top from the cabinet, as this can lead to damage or
disconnection of the control wiring.
2. Installation of Top Rail:
Attach the chrome rails to the
worktop using six self-tapping screws (included) from the
under side of the Work top through the pre-drilled holes.
(attach the front ends of the rail first)
3. Re-Install Work top:
Install the front of the Work top onto
the cabinet, then lower the rear side of the Work top over the
backside of the cabinet. Secure using the same screws
removed earlier.
4. Installation of CO
2
Cylinder Support:
Install the cylinder
support onto the four studs located on the exterior back
wall of the cabinet. (no tools required) Align the holes in
the cylinder support with the studs and push down firmly.

5. Installation of CO
2
Cylinder:
Install your " fully charged"
CO2 cylinder into the support stand.

CAUTION WHEN HANDLING PRESSURIZED C0

CYLINDERS.
6. Installation of C0
2
Regulator:
Attach the CO2 Regulator to
the C02 cylinder by screwing the regulator nut onto cylinder
valve and tighten (snug) using an adjustable wrench.
