7.0 POSSIBILITIES OF FAILURE

- lime scale on heating coil - descale heating coil

too low - set pressure regulation valve to
required pressure
- pressure regulating valve leaks - repair or renew pressure
regulating valve
Operating pressure too high - pressure gauge defect - renew
- pressure regulating valve defect - renew
- nozzle blocked - clean nozzle
Cleaning agents are not suctioned up
- cleaning agent tank is empty - fill container
- metering valve is not open - open metering valve
- chemical tuber pipelines are
blocked - clean these tubes
- water through flow too low - set pressure regulator higher
Heating does not reach temperature - heating oil tank is empty - fill heating oil tank
- heating oil filter is blocked - clean heating oil filter, renew oil
pump
- heating coil has lime scale - descale
- combustion chamber is soothed - clean
Blower motor does not start up - blower motor fusing detective - renew fuses
- over voltage release is released
by blower motor safety
thermostat - reset safety thermostat,
eliminate cause
Ignition for electrode not working - cable, ignition electrodes,
electrode plug or ignition
transformer defective - set ignition electrode according
to drawing, renew defective

Oil misting - burner nozzle insufficient / worn - renew burner nozzle
- oil pressure too low - set oil pressure to approx. 8,5
bar
No / too low oil pressure - pump / PVC coupling defective - renew
- oil filter dirty or leaking - clean or seal
Solenoid valve does not open - temperature regulator set too
low - set temperature regulator
higher
- water through flow too low - clean nozzle, increase pressure
- flow monitor / pressure switch
defective - renew
- heating oil tank empty - fill heating oil
