use of force, damage caused by external influences
damage caused by failure to observe the operating instructions, e.g. connection to an
unsuitable electricity supply or failure to observe the installation instructions
partially or fully dismantled devices
The manufacturer offers a warranty in accordance with the laws of the customer's own
country, with a minimum of one year. When making a warranty claim, the original proof
of purchase (with purchase date) must be presented. Or the order number from the
digital platform where the purchase was made. The warranty does not apply in cases of:
