alterations

to

 

the

 

Equipment

 

without

 

the

 

prior

 

written

 

approval

 

of

It

 

is

 

specifically

 

agreed

 

that

 

the

 

price

 

of

 

the

 

Equipment

 

is

 

based

 

upon

 

the

 

following

 

limitation

extent

 

the

Assignment

herein

 

extends

the

User

Equipment

 

and

 

no

 

attempt

 

to

 

extend

 

the

 

Warranty

 

to

 

any

 

subsequent

 

user

transferee

the

 

Equipment

enforceable

 

without

 

the

 

express

 

written

 

consent

rights

obligations

the

 

parties

 

under

 

this

 

Warranty

Nations

 

Convention

 

on

 

Contracts

 

for

 

the

 

International

 

Sales

 

of

 

Goods

 

of

parties

 

consent

laws

of

 

South

 

Dakota

 

to
