Perform the Blood Glucose Test
Hold the lancing device fi rmly against
the side of your fi nger tip.
Depress the release button to take a
sample.

If the code number matches that on
the test strip vial, you can go to next
step. If not, refer to section "Code
Setting" to set the code number.

Insert a new test strip; make sure it
goes all the way in. The meter will
turn on automatically when it detects
the test strip.

To avoid body fluid contamination,
wipe off the first drop of blood with
a clean gauze or cotton. Gently
squeeze the fingertip to obtain the
second drop of blood for testing.

When the “ ” symbol fl ashes on the
display, apply the blood droplet to the
collection zone of the strip.
