Signs indicating errors (error diagnosing function) (1/2)
The simple touch controller has a diagnostic function for indoor unit malfunctions and
malfunctions of the simple touch controller itself. There are 2 different error signs.
•
The error sign on the Group monitoring panel lights up in red when, for example,
a safety device actuates, there is a disconnection in the transmission wiring, or some
other component fails. Check the Error code on the screen, and then contact your
dealer with that information.

What to do

If an indoor unit in the Group stops due to a
malfunction, the error sign “ ”, will light
up in red on the Group monitoring panel.

Tap the Group monitoring panel with
the error symbol.

The error code panel will open.

Check the Error code and then contact
your dealer with that information.

Note:
•
Depending on the error, the system may
continue to operate, however, be sure to check
the message on the screen and contact your
dealer.
