Explain that the Phone is an amplifying 
system that receives all environmental 
noise, and therefore it is preferable to 
speak with a closed window

 

Check whether microphone and antenna are 
installed on the same side 

If they are, install microphone as per 
the instructions

 

Check whether eye contact exists between 
speaker and microphone 

If it does, change location accordingly

 

Check for improper voltage connection – 
check whether voltages are connected as 
per instructions 

Change voltage source in accordance 
with instructions

 

Phone switches on

Check minus (-) connection
