Introduction 

This household Health Grill & Air Fryer cooks using little or no oil, allowing 
healthier cooking. 
If a little oil is required for extra browning for example, use a moderate amount of 
spray type cooking oil.  
The Health Grill & Air Fryer will quickly cook your food using rapid cycling airflow 
of hot air. 
       

WARNING!

   DO NOT fill your Health Grill & Air Fryer with cooking oil as this 

will cause a fire and scolding hazard.
