cook time for food in four categories - soup, fresh
vegetables, muffins and fish fillets.

Cooking Tips and Techniques
• For best results, cover container with plastic
wrap and turn back one edge of the wrap to form
a 1/2-inch slot where steam can escape.
• After cooking fresh vegetables, allow 3-5 minutes
of stand time before serving. This will allow the
food to finish cooking without overcooking.
• When preparing fresh vegetables, add 1/2 cup of
water per 1/2 pound of fresh vegetables.

The oven shelf will give you extra space when cooking with more than one container at the same time.
INSERTING THE OVEN SHELF
* Do not cook with the shelf on the microwave
floor. This could damage the microwave.
* Do not use microwave browning dish on the
shelf.
The shelf could over heat.
* Use pot holders when handing the shelf-it
may be hot.
* Do not use the shelf when cooking popcorn.
