*On - When defrost condition mode is started.
*Off - When D-sensor is more than 10 deg.
If D1 ERROR is existance, Heater off by Time
* LIMIT TIME -80min (D2 ERROR) Case of Heater/Temp Fuse Open
If D1 ERROR is existance, Heater off by 30 min.
* HTR 30 SEC ON: To check DEFROST CURRENT (HEATER) in the
mass production line
2- PAUSE
* Time - 4 min.
* All devices are off
3- FAN DELAY
* Time - 4 min.
* Only compressor is on in the R-sensor on condition
