Motor

V-Belt
Tub I rotates so
slowly.
Water
Spinning begins before the water is not
completely drained.
Check and repair the draining system.
Detergent
There are too much foam between Tub I and
Tub O. (Too Much detergent was used.)
Use proper quantity of detergent by the
instruction manuals of washing machine and
detergent.
Clutch Spring lost tension.
Change the Gear Mechanism As, Clutch Spring
for a new one.
Adjust the overlap of Clutch Tip and Clutch Boss
to 3.5mm~5mm.
Adjust the gap between Control Bolt and Brake
Lever.
Nut Pulley Fix is loosed.
Tighten the Nut with a toothed washer.
Brake Band (Lining) touches the Drum.
Change the Gear Mechanism for a new one.
Clutch Tip touches the Clutch Boss.
Adjust the overlap of the two parts to
3.5mm~5mm (Deform the Clutch Lever).
Motor Pulley is cracked.
Change the Motor Pulley for a new one.
Bolt and Nut of the Motor Pulley are loosed or
cracked.
Thighten or change the Bolt and Nut.
Suspension As does not operate properly.
1. Housing or Rubber is worn out.
2. Grease was dried up.
Balancer As
Salt water was gone out.
Change the Balancer As for a new one.
Hexagonal Nut
Hexagonal Nut (M24) is loosed.
Thighten or change the Hexagonal Nut.
There's some crack on the Base.
Change the Base for a new one.
The Base Fix Bolts were loosed.
Thighten the Bolts.
Change the worn parts for new ones.

Spinning
Tub I does not
rotate.
