Changing the on-screen menu language
Press [SETUP] button and select
“SELECT LANGUAGE”.

Select the language among English,
Spanish or Portuguese by pressing
[ENTER] button.

You may select the language in which you would like the VCR’s menu to be displayed: English, Spanish, or
Portuguese.

Use PLAY, REW,or FF to reach the point on the tape that you would like to mark as
0:00:00.

Press [DISPLAY] button to display the tape counter on the screen.

Press [CLEAR] button to reset the tape counter to 0:00:00.

You can continue to play the tape or perform other functions with the VCR.
Marking a tape for zero search
Press [SETUP] button and select
“FUNCTIONS”.
Select “Tape Select”.

The tape remain time will be automatically
appeared in the TAPE SELECT mode.
If the using tape is under T-120, select “T-120”.
If the using tape is T-160, select “T-160”.
The remain time is changed according to the
selected tape speed mode (SP/EP).

shows the
approximate
length of tape left
over.
• If the tape is
running in the
PLAY or RECORD
mode, the hour

operates continuous operation like “ PLAY
REW
PLAY”.
In order to release “Auto Repeat” function,
press the POWER key or REPEAT key on the
remote control.

Press [DISPLAY] button to display the tape counter, clock and status mode on the
TV screen.
