Troubleshooting charts
Loss of H/V sync to DTV RF
Picture is scrolling due to horizontal or vertical sync loses.
Check H/V sync signal of Video decoder to PW06V.
Check 27MHz clock to pin 88 of IC901(Video decoder),
and Y/Pb/Pr to pin 93 ~ 125.
Check H/V sync. If no signal, change IC901.
