DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY

1) R em ove the gasket door from  door plate.
2) R em ove ascrew  w hich scuke the door plate and door fram e
3) R em ove the door fram e from  door plate.
4) R em ove the stopper hinge top from  door plate.
5) R em ove the spring and the hook.
6) R em ove the supporter barrier screen outer from  door fram e.
7) R em ove the barrier screen outer from  door fram e.
8) R em ove the decorator door from  door fram e.
9) R everse the above steps for reassem bly.

4. M ethod to reduce the gap betw een the door seal and the oven front surface

1) To reduce gap located on part ‘A’.

Loosen a screw on stopper hinge top, and then push
the door to contact the door seal to oven front surface.
Tighten a screw.

2) To reduce gap located on part ‘B ’.

Loosen tw o screw s on stopper hinge under, and then
push the door to contact the door seal to oven front surface.
Tighten two screw s.
