We offer the functions for user to upgrade software version by
RS-232 Interface via Scart jack or by air.

Enter "Tools" menu, select "Software Upgrade", press
the "OK" button
, Software Upgrade menu is shown.

Press "Up" or "Down" button to select the desired item
and press the "OK" button
, you are asked to input
password.

Input the correct password (the default password is
0000.), Software Upgrade sub-menu is opened.

Press "EXIT" button
to exit.
Upgrade by RS-232
Connect master STB to slave receiver via serial
interface.
Enter Upgrade by RS-232 sub-menu in Master STB,
then press "LEFT" or "RIGHT" button
to change
the Transfer Mode and Upgrade mode.
Turn on slave STB and it needn't operate any setting.
Highlight "Start" on master STB and press the "OK"
button
to start upgrade.
Upgrade by Air
Enter Upgrade by Air sub-menu, then press the "OK"
button
to set Frequency, Bandwidth, Download PID
according to information from service agent and press
the "OK" button
.
Highlight "Start" on master STB and press the "OK"
button
to start upgrade.
