Before the first time you use your Deep Fat Fryer
Please read these operating instructions thoroughly and keep them in a safe
place for future reference.
Remove all packing materials including the film on the lid and outer body.
Before using fryer for the first time, wash the inner pan and food basket in warm
soapy water and dry thoroughly afterwards.
Instructions for use

Place the fryer on a flat level surface.
•
Attach the handle to the basket by squeezing the two lower arms and
inserting them into the two loops on the inside of the basket and pulling back
until it locks into place as in the image below:

Fill the inner pan with cooking oil to the desired level ensuring that it is
above the MIN mark and below the MAX mark.
•
Place the food to be cooked into the food basket and hook the basket on the
front edge of the fryer as shown below:
