2.  WATER HEATER FRONT  CASE REMOVAL 

& REPLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS

 1. Remove  the 4 retaining screws  from the upper/underside

      of the water heater.
 2. Pull the caseforward from the water heater.

 

WATER HWATER FRONT CASE REMOVAL

 REPLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS

 When replacing  ANY component.

 

 1. Isolate  the electricity supply.

 2. Turn off the gas supply.

 3.

  Remove the front case. 

 After replacing ANY component, check operation of the water heater

including  gas soundness, 

 

gas inlet pressure & outlet pressure.

 4. 

Turn off the cold water. 

 

IMPORTANT 

 

When  work is completed, 

the 

seal 

front case,must be correctly refitted-ensuring 

 

that  a good sealing  is made.
