The “Wi-Fi" function is not activated on
the multimedia system.
Activate the Wi-Fi function from the mul-
timedia system menu.

The “Wi-Fi" country is not configured on
the correct channel of the multimedia

Configure the country in the Wi-Fi sub-

“Connection fault” message
The “Connection fault” message may
appear for certain smartphones when
switched off, connected via Wi-Fi or in
native app mode (Radio, Navigation
etc.).
No effect other than the message ap-
pearing inadvertently. No solution (smart-
phone fault) except leaving the smart-
phone switched on or in Android Auto™/
CarPlay™ mode.
