Recommendations for equipment maintenance

 

Your  Dabi  Atlante  equipment  was  designed  and  enhanced  within  the  standards  of 

modern technology. Like all devices, it needs special care, which is often overlooked for 

different reasons and circumstances. 

So here are some important reminders for your daily life. Try to observe these small 

rules,  which,  incorporated  into  the  work  routine,  will  save  time  and  avoid  unnecessary 

expenses.

 

Precautions and warnings “during equipment usage”

The  equipment  must  be  operated  only  by  duly  qualified  and  trained  technicians 

(Dental Surgeons, Trained Professionals)

If any maintenance is needed, use only Dabi Atlante Authorized Technical Assistance 

services.

The  equipment  was  manufactured  to  withstand  continuous  and  intermittent 

operation; therefore, follow the cycles described in these Instructions for Use.

Although  this  equipment  has  been  designed  in  accordance  with  the  standards  of 

electromagnetic compatibility, it can, in very extreme conditions, cause interference with 

other  equipment.  Do  not  use  this  equipment  in  conjunction  with  other  devices  that  are 

very  sensitive  to  interference  or  with  devices  that  create  high  electromagnetic 
disturbances.

Do not subject the plastic parts to contact with chemical substances, used in dental 

treatment routines. Such as: acids, mercury, acrylic liquids, amalgams, etc. 

-

 

When moving the chair, never lift it by the leg support part, lift it by the structure in 

the seat region.

Use of equipment other than that for which it is intended.

Damage  caused  to  the  equipment,  the  professional  and/or  the  patient  due  to 

incorrect  installation  and  erroneous  maintenance  procedures,  different  from  those 

described in these Instructions for Use that accompany the equipment or by its incorrect 

operation.

 

Precautions and warnings “after” equipment use

Turn off the office's main switch when not in use for a long time. 

-

 

Keep the equipment clean for the next operation. 

-

 

Do not modify any part of the equipment. Do not unplug the cable or other 

connections unnecessarily. 

-

 

After using the equipment, clean and disinfect all parts that may be in contact with
