15. TROUBLESHOOTING

The pump does not start

Change the impeller
The pump is vibrating in an

Adjust the loose parts

Cavitation
Reduce the height of the input pipe,
increasing its diameter
Overpressure
Move the output valve or change the

The pump is vibrating,

Impeller partly blocked by presence of

Remove the material
Mechanical seal damaged
Change the seal or the washer
Motor shaft is damaged
Change the motor shaft
The cover of the fan motor is rubbing
