Troubleshooting
This chapter provides solutions to problems that can occur during the installation and operation of the DWA-135. Read the following descriptions if you are having
problems. (The examples below are illustrated in Windows 7. If you have a different Windows Operating System, the screenshots on your computer should look similar to
the following examples.)
Is the adapter installed correctly?
For a user to verify whether the wireless adapter is
working correctly we need to navigate to the
Device
Manager
found in Windows.
The easiest way to find the Device Manager is to Right-
Click on the
Computer
icon, found on the Desktop and
to click on ‘
Properties
’.
