Set up Extender

The 

Extender

  menu  provides  you  with  the  option  to  set  up  your  

DSM-750 as a Media Center Extender. 

If you have additional Windows Vista Ultimate or Home Premium PCs, 
you can also change which PC the Media Center Extender is connected 
to. After selecting 

Setup Extender

, press 

Next

 at the welcome screen. 

Write down the 8 digit setup key that appears and then complete the 
Extender setup at the Windows Vista PC. Refer to page 38 for more 
information.

If the DSM-750 is not setup on a wired or wireless network, you may 
need to complete the network set up along with the Extender Setup. 
Refer to page 20.
