Section - Installation
Mute
Note:
While mute is activated, sound from the caller can be heard from your speaker buy your sound can not be heard by the caller.
• While having a conversation, press the
Mute/Func.
key to mute.
• Press the
Mute/Func.
key again to resume conversation.
Call Transfer
• While having a conversation, press
Hold
to place the person on hold.
• Press the
Transfer
key
• Dial the IP address or the extension number where you would like the call to be transferred.
• Press the
Transfer
key to transfer the call.
On Hold
• While having a conversation, press the
Hold
key to place the call on hold.
• Press the
Hold
key again to resume the conversation.
Call Forward
Note:
Please refer to page 35 to setup call forwarding.
Three Way Conference
• Pickup the handset or press the Speaker key and call Person A.
• After Person A answers the phone, press the
Hold
key to place Person A on hold.
• Dial the extension or phone number of Person B and wait until Person B picks up the phone.
• Press the
Conference
key to begin a 3-way conference call.
