Follow the PSE pinout standard. For an alternative solution, send
the power over pins 1, 2, 3 and 6 of 8 wires of UTP cables.

For IEEE 802.3at, use category 5e or higher UTP/STP cables

Both DGS-1510-28LP/ME and DGS-1510-28XMP/ME work with
all D-Link 802.3af and 802.3at capable devices and with all non-
802.3af and non-802.3at capable D-Link Access Points, IP
Cameras and IP Phones.
