Conveyor Components
Replacing the Conveyor Motors
Use this procedure to replace the conveyor motors. This procedure can be performed with access
to the left/right of the machine in production line. This section shows the procedure performed
when the machine is not in production line.

To replace the conveyor motors
1. Turn off all electrical power to the system. For more information, refer to the section
“ Shutting Down the System ” on page 59.
2. Use steps 1–9 of the procedure for removing the conveyor belt. Refer to the section “ Replacing
the Conveyor Belts ” on page 111.
3. Loosen the mounting screws from the motor.

4. Remove the grounding cable.

5. Disconnect the drive motor cable.
