END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SOURCE CODE REQUEST
Upon payment of cost of USD 35/-, Cyberoam shall provide the
complete machine-readable copy of the open source software
referred above (collectively herein after referred as “OSS”).
Anyone who wishes to obtain such copy from Cyberoam shall
have to make a written request to Legal Department, Cyberoam
Technologies Private Limited, 904, Silicon Tower, off. C.G. Road,
Ahmedabad 380006, Gujarat, India and shall make payment of
USD 35/-. Such written request shall contain details of the person
seeking such OSS which shall include Name, Address, Telephone
No., Email address, Serial No. of NetGenie purchase by him (if so
purchased), etc. Such OSS so supplied hereunder by Cyberoam
shall be free of any charge. Provided however, Cyberoam shall not
give any warranty of whatsoever nature in respect of such OSS
and that the OSS shall be provided “AS IS”. Cyberoam shall not be
responsible for any damage of whatsoever nature due to use of
OSS supplied hereunder.
