Manually Selecting a Channel

to jump to the channel.

Muting the Audio
To temporarily silence the audio output, press the
MUTE
button. The Mute Icon will be displayed on-
screen for about 3 seconds.

Using SAP (Secondary Audio Program)
SAP is an additional audio channel that is transmitted
with some television programs. In the USA, SAP is
commonly used to offer a second language such as
Spanish to viewers. Press the
SAP
button to switch to
the Secondary Audio Program.

Selecting Stereo or Mono Audio
You can select between Stereo and Mono Audio with the
STEREO
button. Use the Mono
setting to produce sound from both speakers for channels or audio sources that do not
support Stereo.
