Step 1
Locate the vehicles battery in the engine
compartment on the passenger side and
disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Be sure to fasten this wire down and
away from the battery while completing
the installation process.
Step 3
Remove the taillight by pulling it straight
rearward. Locate the vehicle's taillight wiring
connectors. The connectors will be similar
to those on your new custom wiring product.
Separate the connectors from the taillight
housing taking care not to damage the
locking tabs. Set the taillight aside.
Step 2
Open the hatch and remove the two fastener
covers with a small, flat blade screwdriver.
Open the vehicle's rear hatch. Starting on the
driver side, remove the two taillight fastener
covers with a small, flat blade screwdriver
Step 4
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 on the passenger side.
